Google search as part of healthcare debate

I <3 Google and find most things they do interesting. Well, apparently they have a political advertising director and their search ads seem to be beginning to play a role in the health care debate.

  1. Good article! I am not surprised at these numbers and it proves it is impossible to get an unbiased/paid answer from any search engine.

  2. Great article, Wonder who in Obama's camp that started this, savy idea...perhaps it was google?

  3. John, the article is referring to ads that show up when you search, which google marks by putting the above and to the right of the unpaid results so I don't think it proves the results are unbiased. The placent of results is based on number of links from other pages, or popularity, as well as other things I'm sure.

I'm not sure whether obamas peole came up with the idea or google.
